Do Coordinated Shot and Enfilading Fire Stack?

I'm playing a Verminous Hunter with a Giant Mantis as my companion. I'm playing Hell's Vengeance.

As the thread title suggests, I'm playing a ranged Hunter and planning to make the Mantis my meat shield. My first feat was Spirit's Gift. At first glance of the feat, this was a very powerful choice to make. After the errata, it severely balanced the power of the feat (to my dismay :-P ).

I just turned level 2 and chose Point Blank Shot over Outflank because to my knowledge there's no way to flank while wielding a ranged weapon.

Looking through the Teamwork Feats, I came across these two (Coordinated Shot and Enfilading Fire) and curious if they do stack with each other. My guts are telling me that they don't but I've been wrong before.

Also, suggestions on other Teamwork Feats I should invest into?

These feats both provide untyped bonuses, and as such, stack with each other (as well as every other bonus).

As for other teamwork feats, that one is more a matter of opinion and not one I'm educated in, so I cannot help as much as I would like.

I just saw Friendly Fire Manoeuvrers. I'm a bit confused on the description. Do you always get AoO's? Is it actually only really good for fighting against spell casters while they're threatened by your ally with this feat?
