is there a spell sort of like this, except that it turns a humanoid into a hybrid creature, sort of like frog or raffendorf?
i suppose this effect could be a variation of this, but i'm curious if there's a specific spell that has this effect.
on a quick search i came across the bear shaman archetype, look at the 2nd level ability
there may be more shaman types that can do this, also check out rage powers maybe?
I don't know of any spells, try doing a search for "polymorph" on d20pfsrd and scroll through the results
EDIT: after doing that search myself i came accross Adjustable Polymorph which you could use to turn into hybrid races like Grippli, Tengu, or Lizardfolk
