Really, I'd say the best way to start it off would be with 5 levels of Bolt Ace gunslinger, although you're going to need the endless ammunition enchantment on the crossbows (which pushes them both into +3 territory) to dual wield them with any level of competence.
After that, branching out into cool things like Weapon Master Fighter would be your best bet, snag Weapon Training (Crossbows) so you can grab all the great weapon mastery feats, and get cool things like Ace Trip and such. After that, you can really go anywhere you want with things, as Slayer/Brawler/Any good source of feats is great.
Personally, I'd take Martial Focus at 5th level as long as you can trade it later to get an even better jump on nice feats, snag some advance weapon trainings post Weapon Master, and really start to rock it sexy dangerous. Linkle's possible, but she's a mid level build at earliest due to weapon cost and ability investment. I myself don't think Endless Ammunition is worth a +2 bonus, I'd talk to your GM about lowering its cost down to a flat gold price (+4,000 GP would be fair to me), and then you can go from there.

If endless ammunition is too expensive and you don't mind waiting a bit two levels of juggler bard gets you the reloading too. Otherwise what Jolly said is pretty spot on.
I think there's a few other ways too, but this is a nice boost in utility, plus I kind of think Linkle would have a few minor magical capabilities. Thankfully the Gunslinger/Bolt Ace is an incredibly dip friendly class, so going BA 5 (snagging martial focus), Juggler 2 (snagging juggling) Weapon Master 3 (retraining martial focus) would give you the best mix with 10 levels left to play around with the build in whatever way you wanted.
I see she also uses bombs in several of her Combos... Any chance you're going to dip into Alchemist for those nifty bombs? I might suggest 6 Levels in Grenadier for the Swift Action Alchemy Item to Ammo and the Directional Blast skill. 2 Levels in Juggler (or you could buy the Infinite Ammo or find other solutions) for the amount of shots. Gunslinger Bolt Ace looks really good with what their showing.
Does anyone know how to add bombs to Bolt Ace without much sacrifice?
