Ascetic Style, and Multiple weapons

Rules Questions

Do i need to take Ascetic Style multiple times to use it with multiple weapons, or do i only have to take the weapon focus with the weapons in order to gain the style abilities with it, IE, Unarmed Strike, and Nine-ring sword both gain the unarmed strike damage progression of a monk -4 levels

Scarab Sages

To use it with multiple weapons you must either be a monk of 5th level, or have weapon training with the monk weapon group. There is not a special line allowing you to take the feat multiple times, so you cannot.

It looks like you need to choose just one weapon, and sadly it looks like it has to be a monk weapon group weapon. No Ascetic Greataxe, unfortunately. :(

Ascetic Style says to choose, so you have to pick a specific weapon when you take it. But it doesn't say "this feat may be taken more than once," so you can only take it once, with a single weapon.

If you want to use it with multiple weapons you'll have to invoke the Special line, which gets you all monk weapons, but you have to be a 5th-level monk or have fighter weapon training with the monk group to do that. Dunno what your character is or has.

One other option is the Human racial feat Martial Versatility (prereq. Human, Fighter 4) lets you pick one feat that requires you to pick a weapon it works on and you can apply that feat to any weapon in the same weapon group. If you pick a weapon in multiple groups (ie. Seven-Branch Sword is in both Monk and Heavy Blades), then you could apply the benefit of Ascetic Style across both the Monk weapon group as well as the Heavy Blades group (eg. Bastard Sword).

Character is a Magus/Unchained Rogue, and was looking to expand on weapons other then just unarmed strike, but if it cant be used to take advantage of multiple weapons with this class combo that's fine. Thanks for the help!
