Can't add items to my sidecart

I have been trying to add a T-shirt to my side cart for about a week but the system won't add it when I hit the place order button.

Thanks for letting us know about this! Sorry that our system wasn't cooperating, but I've moved the shirt into your sidecart, so you should be all set now. You should be able to check out the contents of your sidecart by looking at your My Account page.

I'm having the same issue when trying to add Player Companion: Champions of Balance to my sidecart. Would you mind doing the same thing for me, please?

I've moved your book into the sidecart, and you should see it pending there now. You should see it hop into your April subscription shipment, so just let me know if you receive your confirmation email and it's not in there. Otherwise you should be all set!
