Glitterdust and Invisable Stalkers

Rules Questions

Liberty's Edge

Hi,

Does the spell Glitterdust work on Invisible Stalkers? In the description for Invisible Stalkers, it states that the spell Invisibility Purge does not work on them. Therefore, it seems to me that a lower level spell like Glitterdust should not work as well. Thank you.

It works. The creature is still technically invisible it just has an effect that makes the invisibility irrelevant.

Same with farie fire or a bag of flower.

Invisibility purge doesn't work because the creature can't be not invisible. Thats different from being able to see something on the creature

Thank you for your input; it make sense. Have a great day!

Yes it works. Spell level don't determine what works, the spell desription does. Invis purge fails because it removes invisibilty from the target, but Invisible Stalkers are naturally invisible.

Glitterdust does nothing to remove invisibility. It just outlines the target making invisibility not matter. Those are two different things.

Where I buy a bag of flowers? ;-)

To the OP: See invisibility is second level and it work against invisible stalkers.
The level of the spell used isn't always the relevant factor.
