Oh might customer service warriors,

I am slightly vexed by the order E-mail I received today. It lists the Beginners box as part of the order, and causes shipping and handling to skyrocket, but is it's also listed as a backorder item.

When this ships, I would like to add a couple of items to the order to justify shipping a relatively big box to Germany, so can I still add items to that order, and will it contain the Beginners Box?

Hello Sebastian,

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like your Beginner Box must have been in your sidecart and the system wanted to bundle it in with this month's subscriptions, but it still won't be ready to send out for a while because of the backorder. If I leave the order as-is, your subscriptions likely won't be able to send out until we receive the box in stock, which could be sometime between May and July.

If you'd like, I can move your Beginner Box into it's own order to remain pending, and the subscriptions will be able to ship as normal. While the Beginner Box is still pending, you should be able to add any future purchases to the same order while going through the checkout process. (You'd just change the shipping options to be combined with that order.) If you were unable to add items, you could always just leave them in your shopping cart and we can add them for you.
