Since I was forced to pay for my beginner's box with a prepaid credit card which expires next month, but the payment won't go through until whenever they get back in stock in June or July, I'll lose all funds on the card when it expires and won't be able to pay anyway. So you might as well just cancel my order.

Hi Bakamonda,
It's not a final charge at this time, as we do not finalize charges until items are processed for shipping. I have submitted a reversal request for that attempt, so they know we will not be finalizing it. You will most likely want to contact the card company at let the know that a reversal was submitted, as they seem to like to keep holds on the funds for much longer than normal banks or card companies.
We can certainly cancel the order, however, I would like to let you know there is another option before we do that. What we recommend is that you purchase a gift certificate in the amount of the shipping, and then apply that to your own account as store credit. Then let us know to apply the store credit to the order. That way the shipping cost will come out of that, and you don't have to worry about the card.
Please just confirm what you would like done, and we'll take care it from there.
Thanks!

Thanks for your response! I've taken a look into your order and it does seem that the address was successfully changed and the order has been marked for Hand Delivery. Thanks so much for donating your Beginner Box! We'll make sure it goes to someone who will make good use of it. :)
Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be more than happy to help out.
