Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I'm not sure why the Flip-Mat decided to come back to life and join this order, but I've canceled it again and hopefully it's gotten the message this time. Sorry for the confusion!
I'll go ahead and send you an updated confirmation email for your subscription order #3861588 (where the Flip-Mat was trying to hide), which should show that it's been canceled. What you saw before was an authorization for the order, so while it may show an incorrect amount now, it should only finalize for the updated amount of the order which does not include the map.
