I'm not sure without more specifics.
Are you trying to follow the link in the email? Have you tried downloading it straight from the My Downloads page?
Some people have been having problems with downloading in Chrome. If you were using that, we recommend trying a different browser.
If you are still having any problems after that, please email us some screenshots of what you are seeing, so we can help investigate/troubleshoot from there.
