Warlord Question

so a warlord gets Maneuvers but they can pick from Solar Wind Maneuvers
and at 9th level can do 20d6 dm from what i understand or am i not understanding how Maneuvers work because that seems really strong

Look at the Highest Level Maneuvers Known table on this page. They can't get that at 9th character level.
