At this location; When you move, bury a card

So I assume that is to or from this location, not game wide?
Pathfinder Adventure, Adventure Path, Lost Omens, Maps, PF Special Edition, Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Maps, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

That power applies if you are currently in the Sanctum and then subsequently move, e.g. if you are moving out of the Sanctum. You are not penalized for moving to the Sanctum, nor does it impact characters not at the Sanctum.
