Preserving Flask + Admixture Vial + Boro Bead

Can I combine two 1st extracts in the vial and then pour them in my preserving flask? If I use my Boro Bead when I have used that mixed extract, does it restore the combined extracts?

Preserved extracts count against an alchemist's extracts per day on the day they are prepared, but not on subsequent days. Each flask is capable of preserving an extract of a particular level. An extract stored in the flask retains duration, caster level, and other properties it had when it was created. The flask works on extracts and infusions, but not mutagens.

The whole is pretty pricey just to be able to save up extract space, but I tend to need the extra as a melee-focused alchemist.

I reviewed Combine Extracts and have found that any extract that is combined counts as an extract two levels higher. Meaning that my Preserving Flask and my Boro Bead would have to be priced at two levels higher. Which would explain pretty much all of my doubts about these items.

A Boro bead, even of the appropriate level, would not restore both extracts you used with a preserving flask. It would restore one or the other but not both. If you made a combined extract with the actual discovery, an appropriate Boro bead would work.

A boro bead would not work with a preserving flask, since the extract has to be both mixed and used that day.

I am not sure what you mean by 'extract space.' Boro beads effectively give more slots, if that is what you mean. Combine Extracts is about action economy more than anything else.
