The promo is not applied to this order as the item is a pre order item and the promo does not apply to pre order items.
"It is an untyped bonus, meaning your Pathfinder Advantage discount that you receive as a Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriber will stack, but the discount does not apply to subscriptions, preorders, or downloads from companies other than Paizo."
Sorry I read that and read it as pre order from other companies.
