Half of the Ritual Mask feat deals with occult rituals. The other half deals with spirit class features. Thus, I have to wonder if it is legal or not? If it is legal, do you ignore the part of the requirement to know an occult ritual? The feat in question is part of the Nameless One feat chain from Arcane Anthologies. I can not find a source to create a link with.

The feat is legal. While most of it deals with occult rituals which are not legal, the ability to boost Shaman hexes or spirit abilities is. As for the prerequisite, I think that was an oversight.
