Hello, my subscription order is still pending,

The last shipping-email had this text:
The following products have not yet been shipped:
1 x Pathfinder Pawns: Hell's Rebels Adventure Path Pawn Collection
1 x Pathfinder Map Pack: Urban Sites

both pdfs are not in my downloads (the rest of the order is there ), so it seem theses products are still waiting for shipping
