Order 3855251

Greetings,

I placed Order 3855251 on the 14/02/2016.

The order is still marked as pending and when I last checked my credit card is yet to be charged. I emailed customer service regarding this but didn't get a response.

This is my first physical stock order through Paizo's online store, so I'm just curious to know if its unusual for the order to still be pending. At the time of order all items were in stock.
