No big deal if you're just backed up, but the Cases were low stock and I want to make sure I have dibs on one :P

Glad to hear that your order shipped after all! Sorry we didn't respond earlier, but we're closed over the weekends and were a bit backed up on messageboard posts. Thanks for your patience!

Normally, items we have in stock have a 1 - 7 business day fulfillment time before they ship out, which depends on the warehouse workload, etc. Since our warehouse was still in the process of shipping subscriptions, they were still a bit busy which may have caused the delay. I suspect also that since you added the subscription on the 17th when they were well into shipping, your order may have been towards the end of the subscription queue this month. (Don't worry, it's not always that way!)
