Hey Paizo team,
I've recently resubscribed for the Adventure Path Subscription. I know that the orders have started shipping for Hell's Vengeance 1, but I haven't received an authorization email or any shipping stuff yet. Order for the resub was Order 3828569
I just wanted to check whether there is a delay given that I have recently re-subscribed, and if possible find out what time frame I have before I'll received the shipping email and PDF copy.

I just took a look at the order and it looks like it had some trouble processing so while the subscription itself got submitted the book did not. I have submitted it and you should be receiving an email confirmation.
Awesome! Thanks Diego, got the email just then and the order is showing as pending. Same question as above, what would be the ETA on the PDF copy?

Oops, I meant to address that question in the first post, sorry about that. The PDF is granted to your account as soon as the order ships. The warehouse is still packing up and shipping out orders (we usually allow up to 2 weeks to get all the subscription orders shipped out, but it rarely takes the full 2 weeks). That means it could ship as late as by the end of the day next Friday. When it leaves the warehouse you will receive an email letting you know it is on the way and that the PDFs are available to download.
