Hey, I got an email saying that the transaction was declined. I think the issue was that it was using my old billing address. I updated it, could someone take a look at the order please. Thanks

Hello Chris,

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order and tried to run an authorization again, and it looks like it was able to go through just fine this time. Changing the address must have done the trick!

I sent through reversals for the declined authorizations from earlier, so those should release back to your account in 1 - 5 business days, depending on your bank. Otherwise, you should be good to go! Once our warehouse has processed the order for shipping, they'll send you a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
