For a party of five, would it be fast or medium? Thanks!

I'm using fast with my group.
But it's hard to say how well it works since they got side tracked in town and had a whole adventure dealing with one of the threats lurking about the townfolk.
Also my group are not min/max players so they can get in trouble more often than other groups. With that in mind I decided to throw more at them in town to boost their level so they don't get murdered easily in the Spire.
Anyone has a done a XP progression chart for each of the level?
