Thanks for the notification. I have cancelled your Adventure Path subscription and you should get an email that confirms this change to your account.
We have people contact us in some way to cancel subscriptions for a couple of reasons.
Primarily, we like to have some level of human interaction with our customers and fans, and want to make sure that people have a chance to provide us with feedback and such.
Additionally, our system can be stubborn and finicky, and we like to make sure that when someone wants a subscription cancelled, that is actually gets cancelled.
