My order hasn't arrived yet and the USPS tracking hasn't updated to show it received the package from UPS yet, which was transferred on the 27th. My question is should I be concerned at this point.

Hello Hunter,

Thank you for letting us know. It is a little past the expected transit time so I am setting up replacements to ship out to you along with your February subscription order, which we expect to be authorizing this week. Sometimes it does take USPS a few days to process the package once it has been transferred and it does look like they have updated the tracking with their own delivery confirmation which shows the transfer now. So it may just be a little late. If it shows up before the replacements ship out let us know.

My order finally arrived today, though I haven't had a chance to inspect it to see if it was damaged from being shipped for so long. Is it too late to remove the replacement shipment from my subscription shipment?

Hi Hunter,

Glad to hear that your original shipment arrived! Since your order was still pending, I was able to cancel the replacements out of it. If you inspect the shipment and find that either of the items were damaged, just let us know and we'll be glad to set up another replacement for you.
