Order 3778320 was shipped in two packages.
The first one (Shipping email 14. December, Player companion & Flip mat) arrived in the first week of January, but the second one (Shipping email 16. December) has not arrived until now.
Should I wait a bit longer or is it the time to ask for an replacement ?
When you send a replacement. please is it possible to include the holiday card even if it is alraedy 2016 ?
It was just this shipment - and so far i have collected them all for their goblin fun :-)

It looks like the order shipped out on December 16. it has up to 36 business days in transit. On the long end that would put it arriving on or before Tuesday, February 9. So it is not lost yet. If it has not arrived by the end of the day on February 9 please let us know and we can look into sending a replacement, including the holiday card.

Thanks for letting us know! I've set up replacements in your currently pending subscription order #3844639. I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email in just a moment. Unfortunately, it looks like we are currently out of stock of the "Psionics Augmented: Mythic Psionics" softcover, so I've put the replacement for that into your sidecart to away restock.
It looks like one item from the order was already sent out, but the rest are still pending processing. Once our warehouse has processed the rest for shipping, they should send you another confirmation to let you know that it's on the way.
