what happen if a mage (or any spellcaster) cast produced flame(PF) out of antimagic field(AMF), and then thrown to a target inside of AMF, the spell is suppressed by AMF, before touch the target or the flame hit the target because it flame is a result of PF spell ( "...The effects of instantaneous conjurations are not affected by an antimagic field because the conjuration itself is no longer in effect, only its result ..." (or this rules only work on spells of conjuration school?) ).
sorry for my english and thanks in advance for the answers.

That rule is using the Conjuration school as an example: its spells do not allow SR because they summon the energy in-hand and hurl it, but after being summoned the energy is non-magical so the hurled energy can pierce the AMF. This is in contrast to evocation which typically creates the energy in-place.
A good rule of thumb for whether the AMF will stop the attack before it gets there is whether SR is allowed. If it's allowed, the attack won't reach. If not, then casting the spell from outside the field would still allow striking someone inside. Telekinesis, for example, could pick up an object that is outside the field and throw into the field, but could not pick up an object inside the field (it allows object SR).
Given that most spells allow SR you will probably find the list of allowable spells largely being conjuration spells.

The effects of instantaneous conjurations are not affected by an antimagic field because the conjuration itself is no longer in effect, only its result.
Produce flame is neither instantaneous nor a conjuration, and so this text does not apply.
Instead, we must use the default rules for an antimagic field:
An invisible barrier surrounds you and moves with you. The space within this barrier is impervious to most magical effects, including spells, spell-like abilities, and supernatural abilities. Likewise, it prevents the functioning of any magic items or spells within its confines.
An antimagic field suppresses any spell or magical effect used within, brought into, or cast into the area, but does not dispel it. Time spent within an antimagic field counts against the suppressed spell's duration.
The space within the barrier is impervious to magical effects, and the flame conjured by produce flame is explicitly the "Effect" of the spell. The flame cannot enter the area and would not function inside the area. Furthermore, the spell states that "normal missiles" can enter the radius, indicating that magical ranged attacks cannot.
