Brad’s funeral was very moving – sad, funny, heartfelt; a celebration of his life and one that I think he would thoroughly have approved of. While many aspects of Brad’s life were celebrated, several speakers at the memorial mentioned his love of gaming, especially role playing games, and how that helped shape him as a person.

Malchedial and Chubbs McGee both gave very moving eulogies that painted a really great and true picture of Brad as a man, a friend and a gamer … and let me know a few things I hadn’t known about him. Thanks guys.

And I’ll add my thanks to Tinkergoth for travelling quite a distance to be there for a guy he’d never had the chance to meet but had felt this kinship with – and for representing the Paizo community (anytime re the cufflinks man).

I was only just made aware of this, and I'm so very saddened for the loss of such a fine person.

Reading about the love shown to him at his funeral has reminded me of the friends I've lost these last few years, and while it's made me miss them, it's also reminded me of the positive influence they've all had on me. I know it's cliche, but it's true that so long as we remember them, they will always be there for us.

Condolences and sympathies to those who knew him best. :(

So sorry to hear! He was a true asset to the community.
