Does swarm and troop damage have a type?

Rules Questions

When you take damage from a swarm or from a troop, what damage type is that? Is it bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, what?

I believe its un-typed damage. Otherwise it would be all for both swarms and troops the swarm is biting clawing and all that while the troop is bludgioning with maces slashing with swords and poking with spears.

Troop Subtype

Swarm Subtype

Melee troop attack seems untyped. Same with swarm damage. Specific attacks such as the Russian Rifle Troop's fusillade are typed, but the regular melee isn't.

Thanks for the input. That was pretty much what I guessed, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask. I'm with derpdidruid that it would make a lot more sense for swarm damage to be B/P/S like a bite attack, but, well, I guess that'll just have to fall under the heading of a house rule, rather than an actual rule, for my group. Troop damage I'm less sure about. If you're fighting a troop of soldiers all armed with spears, slashing damage doesn't really make sense. That, however, is just a house rule thing, not a rules question, so this isn't the forum for me to go into that. :)
