Necromantic Servant- Corpse Rules

Rules Questions

I am currently playing an Occultist Necromancer, and have the focus power Necromantic Servant. Because I have been harvesting dead bodies for my undead army, the wording of this power is now relevant.

Necromantic Servant (Sp): As a standard action, you can expend 1 point of mental focus to raise a single human skeleton or human zombie (Bestiary 288) from the ground to serve you for 10 minutes per occultist level you possess or until it is destroyed, whichever comes first. This servant has a number of hit points equal to 1/2 your maximum hit point total (not adjusted for temporary hit points or other temporary increases). It also uses your base attack bonus and gains a bonus on damage rolls equal to 1/2 your occultist level. At 5th level, whenever the necromantic servant would be destroyed, if you are within medium range (100 feet + 10 feet per level) of the servant, you can expend 1 point of mental focus as an immediate action to cause the servant to return to full hit points. At 9th level, you can choose to give the servant the bloody or burning simple template (if it's a skeleton) or the fast simple template (if it's a zombie). At 13th level, when you take an immediate action to restore your servant, it splits into two servants. You can have a maximum number of servants in existence equal to 1/2 your occultist level. At 17th level, the servant gains a teamwork feat of your choice.

The two parts I wonder about are

1: Do you need a body for this power or does the skeleton just come out of the ground? In the spell Animate Dead, it specifically says that you need corpses for the spell, which makes sense as you could give your self a bunch of Skeleton Sky Dragons and just fly every where. However this does not ask for a corpse as you are only making a human skeleton, so do you need a corpse?

2: What happens if the skeleton is not destroyed and your ten minutes are up? I have figured three different things that could happen.

A:The Skeleton disappears in a cloud of dust and that is that.
B:The Skeleton falls over, "dead", and the corpse is still there.
or C: In the power it says you raise a skeleton to SERVE you. Does it continue to exist but you no longer control it, and you end up needing to reap what you sow and kill your own skeleton?

Bump

As I read it, the thing appears from the ground (no body required) and disappears when time is up or when destroyed.
