Star Wars Miniatures singles

I hope this is the right place to be asking this question, if not I'd like someone to help with re directing my question to the right place.

This site sells star wars miniatures singles like a number of sites do however on this site it says "This miniature may or may not be in the original bag, and may or may not include the stat card." for all the single characters sold here.

I am interested in buying a few of the characters but the chance of not having the stat card defeats the purpose of buying the single miniatures on their own. How can I ask or find out if the character I am looking to buy is in the plastic bag or has the stat card with it ?

For the record, I am also interested in the answer to this. (I'd expand my question to include D&D Minis, though.)

Hello Offworlder,

Based on the way that our minis inventory is received and processed, we don't have a way to guarantee that any specific mini will come with a bag or a card. (This goes for D&D minis as well.) Many of them may have been acquired through our minis trade-in program, so they only come with what we are sent. Since there is such a huge variety of minis, it's just not feasible to guarantee that they come with the original packaging.

Could I call or ask someone if a specific miniature does have their stat card then before I buy it ? That way they could maybe look/check and I would know if it is just the miniature or it is the miniature and the stat card.
