Advice

I mostly need help with traits and gear, never played a pally before and don't have time to figure out the last bits, especially gear.

Worships Ithreia - The Order of the Gyrfalcon is dedicated to the Queen of the Blinding Wind and is composed of paladins and mounted warriors who serve as agents of her tests as well as her displeasure. They monitor proper use of birds and animals, and also serve as advisors to chieftains, or guardians of revered oracles or pilgrims of Ithreia. Her temples and monasteries are built of native rock painted white.

You have no ranks in handle animal despite having an animal companion, which means should your animal companion kick the bucket, you cannot combat train another (unless you cheat and use wartrain mount everyday). If I were your GM I would make you roll handle animal everytime you used your mount for anything other then movement.

Hover on your roc is a monster feat that requires you to get GM permission to take.

Also, watch the weight limits for flying on your roc, which is 400 lbs. A nagaji, at lightest(if you're female), weighs 174 lbs, and the exotic riding saddle weighs 30 lbs. That's 204/400, even without armor for both you, and your mount.

Get at least mw studded leather barding for your roc, which will be 40 lbs of weight, for total of 244/400 on weight limits for flight. You'll probably want a spiked breastplate(agile) made out of mithril, which will be 12.5 lbs, a lance, cold iron morningstar, silver morningstar and a dagger.

I recommend you switch weapon focus claws/hover to narrow frame in case of confined places as reduce animal is not on the paladin spell list.
