Race trait in PFS

I would like to ask if the race trait "Freed Slave" for halflings from Pathfinder Chronicles: Faction Guide is legal in Pathfinder Society?

Freed Slave is not on the list, and is not legal. All legal options and sources are listed on the Additional Resources page.
