Ok certain monsters have a Base Attack Bonus simply for being a monster. However how does this work with calculating multiple attacks. Here are some examples.
1. An Ogre (With a +3 BAB for being an Ogre) takes 3 levels in Barbarian, making his BAB a +6. Would he in turn have a +6/+1 attack spread or would he still have to be a 6th level barbarian to get an additional attack per round?
2. A wizard casts Transformation on himself giving him a high enough BAB to get additional attacks, would he get them?
3. A Thamacurge with 6 levels in his class, takes in the Spirit of the Warrior, boosting his BAB to a +6. Would he in turn also get the additional attack from the bonus to his base attack?
So are additional attacks based on class or Base Attack Bonus?

Your base attack bonus gives you extra attacks at -5 below your lowest bonus at +6, +11, and +16, no matter how you reach them. You do not get extra attacks for modifications to your attack bonus that do not modify your BAB. The first two methods definitely modify your BAB, so they would grant extra attacks. I cannot comment on the 3rd method since I have no idea what a Thamacurge is.

Additional attacks are based on BAB, not class. Note that multiple attacks from BAB applies to manufactured weapons and unarmed attacks, but not natural weapons - creatures with only natural attacks never get multiple attacks from high BAB, but they might have multiple natural attacks regardless of BAB (dragons are probably the poster child of this).

When using making attacks with weapons, and not with natural attacks, it is based purely on the total Base Attack Bonus the creature or character has.
So:
1) Yes, he has a +6/+1 attack.
2) Yes, and the spell even calls this out.
3) If "Spirit of the Warrior" for a "Thamacurge" is just like the Oracle of Ancestors special ability, then Yes (and the rules for "Spirit of the Warrior" mention this explicitly).

Thaumaturge is a new class out of Thunderscape. One of its Core Abilities is that they can take Heroic Spirits into themselves and get the abilities of that spirit. This gives sort of a 1/2 class benefit to them. In the case of the warrior spirit, they get the Fortitude Save and BAB of a fighter, all the weapon and armor proficiencies of a fighter and a bonus feat every 4 levels (Unlike a fighter that gets a bonus feat every 2 levels). This only applies when that spirit is active though. Still as it specifically boosts the BAB of the character, it probably does generate additional attacks.
The Thaumaturge is a very versatile class but also a "Glass Cannon". They only get 1d6 Hit Points per level, have the BAB/Saves of a Commoner when not merged with a spirit. They get temporary hitpoints when merged but its generally not a huge amount (Like maybe 4 HP base, +2 per level beyond the more beefy Spirits like the warrior).
Still don't count the class out considering its second benefit, Aspects level the playing field. The Aspects of Defense and Warfare allow you to manifest Spirit Armor and Weapons that count as Force based weapons (So can defend against and harm incorporeal creatures) and get +1 Enhancement bonus for every 3 levels of the character, meaning you probably never have to spend money on magical equipment. There are numerous other aspects as well that do cool things. The capstone ability lets them to activate 2 spirits at once getting the best scores of both. Can be pretty nasty to combine a Warrior Spirit with an Assassin spirit getting sneak attack AND fighter feats at the same time. A pretty deadly combo!
