Just got my subscription email, and I'd like to address a couple of things to keep things moving. ^_^

1: Can you make sure the Vampire mini is in stock? If not, please move it out of the order again - I may have to seek a refund on that silly thing.

2: It says a case of Dungeons Deep and a Gargantuan Red Dragon were "moved to a different order". I already ordered and got those; please make sure you don't try to bill be again.

Hello Kalindlara,

The vampire has been moved back into your sidecart. You will receive an updated email confirmation reflecting this change.

If you'd prefer I can cancel it instead. We don't charge for items until they ship so you have not been charged for it yet. The authorization included the price of the vampire but since it was moved out of the order it will only settle for the total for the items that ship.

Neither Dungeons Deep or the Red Dragon are on this order and neither were included in the authorization for this order. Both were fulfilled in December.

Go ahead and cancel the vampire... it's been nothing but trouble. :/

The new email still shows the Dungeons Deep item in "a different order". But as long as things are good on your end, I'm not too worried about it.

Hello Kalindlara,

The Vampire has been cancelled.

The different order it is referring to is order 3800113, which shipped out on December 15 and is listed a fulfilled.
