Shadow Lodge

I have a mini that looks like Misty from Pokemon, with guns. I would like to stat up a Misty of about 6th level, and am not sure whether to go with gunslinger, bard, or something else.

There is a companion Blastoise mini. I would prefer to avoid Summoner since there are custom abilities I'd like on Blastoise that don't really fit an Eidolon, and since this isn't intended for a PC I figure it's OK to make a separate custom monster.

Thoughts?

I don't think there's anything even remotely similar to a Pokemon trainer in Pathfinder, though I can recommend picking up the Rough and Ready trait so Misty can beat people with her bike.

Actually, there is. I can't personally attest for it, but it exists.

I've used Spheres of Power to create a pokemon trainer using the conjuration sphere before. Could even make a ditto for them!

What sort of custom abilities were you thinking of that you wanted that makes summoner (and I assume primal companion hunter too) unsuitable?

Shadow Lodge

The big ones were skull bash and withdraw. The former is a two-turn attack and while the latter could simply be a fancy name for "total defense" I wanted to add a little extra.

I guess I could just treat them as evolutions and eyeball their value.

That's... actually really cool-looking. I'm not sure I want to use an unusual class I'm not familiar with for a probably-minor NPC, though. Seems like it would be easy to trip over in play. The general spirit of the thing is sufficient.
