Would you guys be able to add the holiday16 code to this order? Didn't see the box whenever I went to sidecart it.

Sure thing! I've put the holiday16 code onto the items in your sidecart, and they should be discounted accordingly. Once your subscription confirmation email shows up, just take a look at it to verify that the discounts stayed in place, and let me know if there's anything that needs to be corrected.
