Monk stunning fist and Medusa's Wrath in the same flurry

Can I do all of this in the same full-attack action?

Stunning fist appears to use a single attack roll but does not seem to require it's own action (contrast Scorpion Fist which states it needs its own standard action to take effect) and

Medusa's Wrath wrote:
Whenever you use the full-attack action and make at least one unarmed strike, you can make two additional unarmed strikes at your highest base attack bonus. These bonus attacks must be made against a dazed, flat-footed, paralyzed, staggered, stunned, or unconscious foe.

So, assuming I used stunning fist as the first attack of the flurry of blows and the enemy being attacked fails the save, could I then use Medusa's Wrath on that opponent during that flurry?


Yeah. To push this even better, get a spell-storing amulet of mighty fists and a wand of frigid touch. Frigid touch is a no save stagger, non caster level dependent spell. Ask someone to recharge your amulet with the wand.
