Uhh, you could just tell him to learn how to use wildshape better. It's pretty easy to build a melee druid that uses natural attacks.

Extract a promise from him that he won't multiclass into Monk or a similar class, so that he doesn't get CON+WIS or Armor AC.

What are the basic proficiencies? What's the BAB? Class skills? Good saves? Skills per level? Do you have any scaling abilities? Anything at 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc. levels?

Grand Lodge

simple proficiencies, full BAB, not sure yet, Fort and Will, 4 per level and nothing on the even levels

You should get something on even levels.

How about this:

You work off the Unchained Monk. Instead of a ki pool, flurry of blows, and style strikes, you get a sort of wildshape. Replace all WIS-dependent things with CON, such as the bonus AC.

This. Druids are better at smashing things without weapons than a Monk.
