I was wondering if you can use lesser, Beast Totem with the urban barbarian archetype. My idea for a barbarian is that I can use rage and have claw attacks. Is it possible to have both?

Nothing about urban barbarian limits what rage powers you may use.

Yes. Beast Totem is simply a rage power. Any archetype or class that can use rage powers can select a totem rage power, as long as they have not selected another totem.
