Hi, can you Gm's out there help me make house rules that will allow me to play Gunslinger? My GM does not like the rules for gunslingers because of their rules. Should I switch the rules so their attacks hit normal AC instead? And remove the advanced firearms from the gun list? What other rules do I need to change? I really want to play a gunslinger that he will accept.

Gunslingers are honestly not that powerful as-is, so it's unfortunate your GM is not allowing them. Is this purely from a rules standpoint, or is he having you play in a setting where black powder+ does not yet exist?
One house rule I would suggest is it does bother me that gun attacks hit touch AC - it's annoying a bullet can pierce 10+ natural armor. Instead, if you and your GM are up to doing a bit more math, have guns do 'armor penetration'. What this means is guns bypass a certain amount of armor when you attack with them - pistols begin at 2, while rifles begin at 4. When your guns gain enhancement bonuses, they add to the armor pen on a 1-to-1 scale.
In addition, unless your campaign is a modern campaign, there should not be modern firearms available (unless your GM allows them for whatever reason).

Have him look at my firearm rework. I wrote these house rules to make firearms more fun for GM and player alike after doing research on the subject. They eliminate touch attacks, but make misfires a nonfactor and add Dex-to-damage as a feature. In addition, I patched the gunslinger and a couple of archetypes.

Change all the firearm-related stuff to sword-related stuff.
Play a Swashbuckler he means although that is a completely different character.
Ask you GM what he does not like and he may answer and then you will know what you need to change , until then it is guessing in the dark
