Dear Paizo team,

thanks for your customer-friendly policy which showed again in my last email where you would replace my lost-in-the-post items from a former shipment and resolved the issue with my free Wayfinder #13 copy.

One question I have concerns payment: the email I received on December 9th states that my credit card will be/is charged with $44.64 whereas the order total says $31.90.
How is this going to be sorted out?

Hello RuyanVe,

The total for your order is $31.90, which is the amount the charge should settle for. At the time the order was generated the total was $44.64 (I suspect this had to do with items that were not supposed to be charged for shipping) so that is what the authorization was opened for. It looks like that original authorization will not be the one that settles though, as it looks like it has expired. That means it should disappear from your account as soon as your bank releases it, and a new authorization for $31.90 will open and finalize.

I certainly do not want to sound ungrateful, you've already done more than I would've dreamed off but could you give the order a nudge so your system sends out the "Is shipping today" email and I get access to the PDF? *largepuppyeyes*

Hi Ruyan,

I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it was being held up by the Rise of the Runelords Ogre miniature. It looks like there may have been an inventory problem, so we are currently waiting to receive more in our warehouse.

Since it seemed like you wanted this order sooner rather than later, I've moved the Ogre mini into your sidecart so that I can get the rest of the order on the way as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, you should receive your confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way and that the download should be in your account.
