What damages a ghost will do if he uses a ghost touch weapon, or if he fight an another incorporeal ? He uses is Dex instead of is STR for the attack, but what for the damages ?
Did he use is "living" STR, in the sense the STR he have before dying ? Or have base 10 ? Or -5 damages each attack ? Or did he use is DEX for damages too ?

I would probably treat it as if the ghost has no strength modifier (+0). Lacking an ability score isn't the same as score 0 (-5 modifier), and it's not always possible to know what their living strength was. It's possible they should use dex for damage, but the text in the incorporeal entry says they use strength for attacks, which to me means attack rolls - notably their corrupting touch doesn't get dex to damage.
An Agile Ghost Touch weapon might be particularly valuable to ghosts.
