Thanks to some very generous assistance, I was able to get enough money together to reactivate my Pathfinder Battles subscription, at least temporarily. (I'll have to delay the Rusty Dragon Inn case for a couple months, but that can be taken care of later.)

Could you reactivate my Pathfinder Battles Ongoing Case Subscription, please? Please arrange an order with one case of Dungeons Deep and one Gargantuan Red Dragon case incentive, to be sent ASAP.
