GM Chronicle Sheets

Sorry to ask what seems like a very basic question, but I just reported my first session and haven't been able to find a concrete answer. Do I simply fill out a chronicle sheet for the character to which I'm applying GM credit?

Specifically, I ran Master of the Fallen Fortress. Would I give myself the same sheet I gave my players but apply it to my level 1 character as though they had run it with full access to gold, items, and boons? Also, the site lists the character to whom I applied credit as having received 2 PP when the module only grants 1 PP. Should I note this on the chronicle sheet?

Congratulations!

1. Yes, you get a chronicle as if your character played the scenario. The big difference is that you don't get a Day Job roll as GM. If this had been a scenario with different subtiers, your character would use the subtier that is appropriate for a character of his or her level—regardless of which subtier the players played! If your character is between subtiers, they get out-of-subtier gold.

2. You get full access to gold, items, and boons.

3. The website is incorrect. You earn 1 Prestige for GMing this scenario. (The bug is a known problem, but the fix is not worth the trouble, so we've been told.)

Again, congratulations on running your first PFS game! :)

It'd be nice if we could somehow convert MotFF to a 2PP-granting scenario. It's a great introduction to PFS for new characters, but they start out "behind" because they don't even have the possibility of getting 2PP with their first xp. Given that in length it's very similar to a scenario, and that you rescue a Pathfinder at the end of it, I wish we could just treat it as a scenario.

(I think you may also get 2 points of GM credit for playing it, which you shouldn't; it's much like running a scenario.)

Its a game day Module so you do get 2 tables of credit just like the "We Be Goblins" Scenarios. Thanks for stepping behind the screen the more GM's the better

Hello there! I actually was reading this thread for precisely the same reason. I ran my first PFS scenario, and it was Master of the Fallen Fortress. I believe I'm clear on all of the other items, but what do you mean by 2 tables of credit? Thanks!

All modules offer two tables of GM credit, even the short ones.

This is because most modules run longer than a normal scenario, often requiring two sessions to complete! But the Free RPG modules like Master of the Fallen Fortress or We Be Goblins that can be run in a short amount of time also offer GMs two tables of GM credit.

The PFS star system rewards your first star for 10 tables of GM credit. I got my first GM star earlier than I expected because I had run Risen from the Sands, and three of the WBG modules.

Hmm
