I'm still logged in on my phone, but I can't do things like get into parts of my account where I would need to re-enter my password (i.e. "My Downloads" and "My Pathfinder Society") or post in forums from my phone. I get the "Website Not Available" error page every time.
I'm using the default browser that comes with the Galaxy SIII.
This has been going on for months at this point.

Some time last year paizo changed something about how the messageboards work. Before that my tablet let me use the boards no problem, now it's as you describe it.
There was a blog entry or something like it back then about it which I was looking for when I stubled about this thread.
As it is nearly a month old you might not read this anymore but I thought I'd answer just in case.

We had to stop allowing SSL version 3 and TLS version 1.0. This borked some older phones and OS's from our site. Most updated browsers have TLS 1.1 and 1.2 capabilities, but unfortunately a lot of that is tied to the OS and some android phones that haven't gotten an update had those problems. I’m trying to enter My Account or My Downloads section of account from piazo.com by clicking appropriate links, but I still see main page.
Also can’t reach Messageboards.
Is it a bug or am I doing smth. Wrong?

Yes. Something got broken on the website and we're pretty sure what broke it but are at a loss how to fix it right now. Basically this happened after much of the staff left and is redirecting a bunch of links to the front page. It's likely related to a bad configuration but the person most likely to understand what just happened was sick today. And everyone else was gone for the day except for Chris and myself and I'm afraid this is beyond the powers of either of us to figure out without making things worse. Sorry about the issue. I don't expect that it will be a great big problem but we may have to rebuild some links and some things that link to or depend on those links. We'll see.
Hopefully they'll sort it out once people get in today.

You can download from the product page, it's on the same tabs as Review and Comments.
If you can't get to the product page just type Qadira, Jewel of the East into your internet search engine and it should be one of the first things that pop up.
Try that, hopefully it will let you get your PDFs :3

I've not been able to click through to "downloads", "message boards" or "my account" since yesterday evening, though I can use direct links to specific forum posts, e.g. the side panel with recent message board posts or cached links.
I am using two different desktops, one with I.E. 10, one with Chrome and an android phone.
The breadcrumbs have disappeared for me and clicking on the current subforum link or "messageboards" takes me to www.paizo.com
