Paizo/ Pathfinder has a great job of modifying feats to work with variant rules, so this is probably a self explanatory question. But I need clarity regardless.
When using the Armor as Damage Reduction variant, Threat for Critical is not confirmed with a follow up attack roll. Rather the target rolls a Critical Defense check with the DC based upon the Attacker's attack roll and other modifiers. The pertinent question here is, do the +4 bonus from Critical Focus get added in to that DC or does only add +1 for the # of Critical Feats modifier? If the +4 bonus is added, does the feat still count as a +1 for the # of Critical Feats modifier?
