Gift PDFs not being delivered: Order 3785119

I gifted a bunch of PDFs to folks over the weekend and just checked in with one of them. It seems no emails about the gifts are being delivered.

It looks like they should have all been successfully granted to accounts, however, it looks like the system perhaps just can't send multiple emails for things submitted on the same order. That is my best guess right now, in any case (as this isn't really something that has come up before).

But, it looks like they should all have their PDFs on their My Downloads page.

Nobody has gifted multiple pdfs to multiple people before?

Can you manually send out the "You got a gift" emails to my gift recipients? It kind of ruins the surprise if I have to contact folks directly.

I suppose they may have, but no on has asked about the emails. :/

There was a long time where orders wouldn't process to as gifts to multiple people, so they had to be submitted as separate orders anyway.

I'll see what I can do about sending emails manually. Should the gifts be anonymous?

So it turns out those manual emails you sent out worked but the automated email system might just be borked in general.

My last order was for a single person and he didn't get any email either. Halp!
