What do the icons next the user's names represent? Are they picked somewhere (like your avatar) or assigned? If they're assigned, who assigns them and where can someone find a legend of their meanings? Thanks.
They're Pathfinder Society faction markings. The Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play will explain their meanings.
You can pick one for yourself under My Account, up top. This may only be true if you're a Pathfinder Society member, in which case, you'll have to sign up.
