help with an order

don't know that this is exactly the place to post this, I just remember when the first 3 iconic heroes miniatures sets were being released, I tried to pre order them all at once, and that made things screwy with trying to get things shipped how I want, so what I would like, is there is a class deck and an iconic miniatures set coming out in each month following now, December, January, febuary, I would as a subscriber to the class decks, like each miniatures set to be shipped with my class deck, or at least be part of the same order, so I'm asking how do I go about making that happen with no complications? do I pre order all the miniature sets now, or is there another way to go about this?

also while I'm thinking of it, I notice the miniature sets are normally 35 but its showing me as them being marked down to 28, why is that? is that a pre order discount or something else?

The best way to do this will be to order the miniatures sets and set the shipping option to "Ship with subscriptions." This will make them go into your sidecart when the order is submitted. Once in your sidecart they will ship with the next subscription order when they become available. For instance Iconic Heroes set 4 is currently set to start shipping before the end of November, but if it is in your sidecart it will wait and ship out with your December subscription order (right now the Druid class deck is scheduled for a December release).

Your Adventure Card Game subscription gives you a 20% discount on card game accessories. The Iconic Heroes miniatures set count as accessories so the 20% discount is being applied to them. This is why you see a $28 price rather than a $35 one.

if I do the ship with subscriptions thing, do I need to order them one at a time, or can they be ordered together? I ask cause I think that was the problem last time, was that I ordered everything together, and so it was like it was waiting for them all to come out before shipping them

If you do the ship with subscriptions option either way is fine. What will happen is the items will not be in an order really, they go to your sidecart. When a subscription order is generated it will look in the sidecart and grab anything that is ready to go and put it in the subscription order. So if you place one order with all of them, or individual orders, they should all still end up in the sidecart. If you order them all together and select a different shipping option it can cause all of them to wait until everything is ready to go. If they're going into your sidecart that won't be an issue.
