I see on here that there is supposedly a discount code "LUCKYONABOAT" to get $10 off of Save Doctor Lucky, however after adding it to my cart, I do not see anywhere to actually type in this code to make it apply. Is this code still active, and if so how do I apply it? Also, will it stack with Pathfinder Advantage or will only the greater discount be applied? I know percentage-based discounts don't stack, but figured I'd ask anyway :)

You can add the promotional code on the payment tab. Right below the payment method there is another area with a header that says "Promotions & Gift Certificates". Type the promotional code into the box in that area and push the apply button.
Discounts usually don't stack with each other, but you will get whichever is the greater of the two (that should be the $10 one in this case).
