Devilborn tiefling? Tieflings are less than half-devil, but they are closer to the standard power level than any sort of half-fiend would be. But you can definitely get the right flavor with a tiefling with a specifically devil bloodline.

What's wrong with tiefling? They aren't inherently half demon, just half fiend (encompassing many different evil outsider types).
